10. Summary of the thesis results:
Firstly, the thesis has provided an overview of research and systematized the theoretical basis of training activities in general and training activities in hotels in particular, such as: concepts, internal and external factors affecting training activities; training content and forms, and training processes.
Secondly, the thesis introduced and analyzed the current state of business development of the hotels studied (Muong Thanh Luxury Quang Ninh, Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang, Muong Thanh Luxury Can Tho), including infrastructure, organizational structure, human resources, service systems, customer markets, and revenue. Through this, it identified the favorable and unfavorable conditions for training activities at these hotels.
Thirdly, the thesis qualitatively analyzes and evaluates the current state of training activities in the studied hotels based on secondary data from the hotels, as well as data from in-depth interviews and surveys conducted using questionnaires with managers and staff of these units. Through this, the thesis clarifies the main issues of training activities such as content, form, and training processes currently implemented at the Group and the studied hotels. Based on this, the thesis provides a general assessment of the advantages and limitations that need to be addressed in the training activities at the three studied hotels.
Fourth, based on an analysis of the current state of training activities at the hotels under study, the thesis offers several recommendations to improve and enhance the effectiveness of training activities.
