10. Summary of thesis results:
Firstly, the thesis has reviewed and systematized the theoretical basis of training activities in general and training activities in hotels in particular such as: concepts, internal and external factors of the enterprise affecting training activities; training content and form, training process.
Second, the thesis introduced and analyzed the current status of business development of hotels from the conditions of facilities, organizational structure and human resources, service systems, customer markets and revenue of the researched hotels (Muong Thanh Luxury Quang Ninh, Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang, Muong Thanh Luxury Can Tho). Thereby, drawing out the favorable and difficult conditions for training activities at hotels.
Third, the thesis analyzes and qualitatively evaluates the current status of training activities of the research hotels based on secondary data of the hotels as well as in-depth interview data, survey data using questionnaires of managers and employees of these units. Thereby, the thesis has clarified the main issues of training activities such as content, form and training process being implemented at the Group as well as the research hotels. On that basis, the thesis gives general assessments of the advantages and limitations that need to be overcome in training activities at the three research hotels.
Fourthly, based on the analysis of the current status of training activities at the research hotels, the thesis makes some recommendations to improve and enhance the effectiveness of training activities.
