10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- Dissertation"The role of intellectuals in universities in building the current Vietnamese educational philosophy"This is conducted on the theoretical and methodological basis of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the system of views of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, and the Communist Party of Vietnam on intellectuals, intellectuals in universities, and on education and training, in conjunction with the specific historical conditions of education in our country today.
- Based on clarifying theoretical issues and analyzing documents, the author objectively analyzes and evaluates the current situation and some issues arising from promoting the role of intellectuals in universities in building the current Vietnamese educational philosophy. From there, the author proposes several key solutions to enhance the role of intellectuals in universities in building the current Vietnamese educational philosophy.
11. Practical applications:
- The research findings of this dissertation contribute to systematizing and generalizing the theory and practice regarding the role of intellectuals in universities in building the current Vietnamese educational philosophy.
- The results of this dissertation can serve as a reference in research and teaching on related issues; contributing further scientific arguments for formulating guidelines and measures to build a new educational philosophy and policies to promote the role of intellectuals in Vietnamese universities today, in order to successfully implement fundamental and comprehensive reforms in education and training; and completing the second breakthrough set forth by the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
12. Future research directions:
- The problems that arise and persist are also inevitable objective trends and laws in the process of understanding and building and developing Vietnamese educational philosophy. As a university lecturer, the author of this dissertation wishes to contribute to the development of Vietnamese educational philosophy in general, and subsequently to the development of higher education philosophy in particular. This is because, in the coming years, Vietnamese education and higher education will increasingly face many difficulties and challenges due to the rapid development of science and technology, the negative impacts of the market economy, and the process of globalization and international integration. Therefore, educating people and training high-quality human resources is a heavy task for intellectuals in universities.
- Research on educational goals, content, and methods in the coming periods needs to be more specific and closely aligned with the demands of social development. Research should also focus on global changes that impact the development of education and training in general, and higher education in particular.
- Focus on in-depth research to clarify various aspects of the role of intellectuals in general, and intellectuals from universities nationwide, in building and implementing the current Vietnamese educational philosophy. Through this, contribute to promoting and strongly enhancing the role of intellectuals in universities in developing the Vietnamese educational philosophy.
- Focus on in-depth research into solutions to enhance and maximize the effectiveness of the role of intellectuals in universities in building the current Vietnamese educational philosophy.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- The thesis "The intelligentsia in the universities in building educational philosophy Vietnam today" was conducted on the basis of theory and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, system of the views of Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh, the Communist Party of Vietnam on intellectuals and intellectuals in the universities and the education and Training linked to specific conditions history of the national education.
- Based on the educational clarification of theoretical issues, analysis of the material, the author has conducted analysis and objective assessment of the status and some of the problems posed for promoting the role of the intelligentsia at universities in building philosophy Vietnam today. Since then, the authors propose some key measures to promote the role of the intelligentsia in the universities in the building of educational philosophy Vietnam today.

- The problems that arise and also the tendency exists, objectively necessary laws in cognitive processes in order to build and develop Vietnam's educational philosophy. As a university lecturer, author of the thesis wishes to contribute to the construction of Vietnam's educational philosophy in general, since the philosophy and vision of higher education in particular. Because, in the coming years, education and higher education in Vietnam is increasingly faced with many difficulties and challenges before the strong development of science and technology, the impact on the downside of the market economy and the whole process globalization and international integration. Therefore, the human education and training high-quality human resources is a burdensome task for intellectuals in the universities.
- Research on the objectives, contents and methods of education ... in the next stage, need more detail, sticking with the practical requirements of social development. Look at the transformation of the world affecting the development of education and training in general and higher education in particular.
- Focus to examine and clarify the various aspects of the role the intelligentsia in general, knowledge of the universities in the country in the development and implementation of educational philosophy Vietnam today. Thereby, contribute to the promotion, strongly promote the role of the intelligentsia in the universities in the building of Vietnam's educational philosophy.
