Research, analyze, and evaluate the current status of information resources and information resource development work at the National Science and Technology Information Center Library.

Through the research results, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to develop information resources at the National Science and Technology Information Center Library, contributing to information services for research, training and technology deployment of the National Science and Technology Information Center.
