Tuesday, from the survey results on the situation of collecting scientific and technical documents, proceed to build a process of collecting scientific and technical documents into the Dong Nai Provincial Historical Archives and analyze the conditions and bases to ensure that the process of collecting scientific and technical documents can be applied to the practice of the agency.

Firstly, research, analyzing basic concepts of science and technology materials, the formation of scientific and technical documents, all kinds of scientific and technical documents, characteristics and significance of scientific and technical documents.
Secondly, the overview of the historical Archives Dong Nai province; the situation of collecting scientific and technical documents in historical storage of Dong Nai province (based on the guiding documents of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of State Archives, the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province on collecting documents in general and collecting science and technology materials in particular, the status of the collection of scientific and technical documents in historical storage of Dong Nai province).
Thirdly, based on the survey on the collection of scientific and technical documentation, we conduct the building process of collection of scientific and technical documents in Archives Dong Nai history and the analysis of the condition, body basis to ensure that the process for collecting the scientific and technical documentation can be applied in practice by the agency.
