The firstThe thesis has studied the history of the establishment of ASEAN and the process of Vietnam joining ASEAN.
Monday,The thesis analyzes three pillars: Security - Politics, Economy and Socio-Culture to learn about Vietnam's contributions to the ASEAN organization and the outstanding achievements that Vietnam has achieved.

Systematize and apply theory in practice to analyze Vietnam's contributions to ASEAN from 1995 to present.
The author has studied and compiled specific contributions of Vietnam in the ASEAN organization. The research results of this thesis will contribute to many people studying the relationship between Vietnam and ASEAN, affirming the position and influence of Vietnam in this organization in particular and in the Southeast Asian region in general. It will provide documents on the study that in 20 years of development, Vietnam has actively and proactively participated in ASEAN cooperation and made many important contributions in all areas of ASEAN cooperation as well as in determining the future development, cooperation direction and major decisions of ASEAN, contributing to strengthening solidarity, cooperation, enhancing the role and international position of ASEAN.
