- Based on the documents we have collected, it must first be affirmed that this is the first scientific work to study the self-governance of villages in the Red River Delta under current market economic conditions. Within the scope of this thesis, we limit our research to the Red River Delta region.

- This thesis has presented an overview of traditional Vietnamese villages, the self-governance of villages in the Red River Delta, its formation basis, and its basic manifestations in the current market economy. Based on this, we have proposed several solutions to promote the positive aspects and mitigate the negative aspects of self-governance in Red River Delta villages under current market economic conditions.

11. Practical applications: This thesis serves as a reference document for students majoring in Scientific Socialism.

- From the documents collected, it can be said that this Thesis is the first scientific work studying the topic “The Autonomy of traditional villages in the Red delta in terms of market economy in Vietnam today”. In this Thesis, we limit the research scope to the Red delta.

- My Thesis stated general about Vietnamese traditional villages, the autonomy of villages in the Red delta, foundation basis and its major expressions in terms of market economy in Vietnam today. Based on that, we gave some solutions to bring into the positive things and limit the nagative ones of the autonomy of villages in the Red delta.
