Based on a general overview of theoretical and practical issues concerning the Tay Thien Festival and community tourism, this thesis analyzes the current state of the Tay Thien Festival from the following perspectives: the religious and spiritual space of the Tay Thien complex; the time and space for organizing the festival; the festival process; and the current state of community tourism in Vinh Phuc province from the perspective of potential and current community tourism in Vinh Phuc. From there, the thesis analyzes the connection between the Tay Thien Festival and community tourism in Vinh Phuc today: the current situation, the challenges, and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the community tourism model associated with the Tay Thien Festival in Vinh Phuc province.

The recommendations presented in this thesis can be applied in practice to improve the effectiveness of the community-based tourism model associated with the Tay Thien festival in Vinh Phuc province.
