10. Summary of the thesis results:
Communicating labor policies and laws through trade union newspapers in general, and the online newspapers of trade union organizations in particular, is not a new issue, but it plays an important role, especially in the current period when trade unions are facing many challenges.
In response to this urgent need, the online newspapers of the Trade Union organization have continuously, promptly, and accurately updated the public and workers on labor policies and laws. In particular, with the strength of online newspapers being unlimited communication without geographical barriers, labor policies and laws have been disseminated quickly and widely, effectively.
Furthermore, with the application of science and technology to the production of news and policy articles, policy communication content has become more diverse and comprehensive. In particular, the press has also promptly reflected the strengths and weaknesses of workers in accessing information on labor policies and laws. The online newspapers Lao Dong and Lao Dong Thu Do, acting as the mouthpieces of the Trade Union organization, have effectively communicated labor policies and laws to workers, achieving high communication efficiency while ensuring objectivity, conciseness, and ease of understanding.
However, currently, the quality of communication regarding labor policies and laws is not high, lacking professional investment and creativity. The content of policy communication is often similar due to shared sources, resulting in a heavily text-based, rigid, and life-affirming approach. Meanwhile, the application of new journalistic genres in labor policy and law communication, such as longform articles, e-magazines, infographics, interactive television, and online interactions, is still lacking. Furthermore, the online publications of trade unions have not yet actively utilized social media platforms for communication, thus lacking reach, especially in today's era of information explosion on social media.
Therefore, to improve the quality of communication on labor policies and laws, online newspapers of trade union organizations need to enhance the quality of their journalists and reporters specializing in policy communication. The leadership, inspection, and control of state management agencies and press management agencies over the communication of labor policies and laws should be strengthened. At the same time, state management agencies need to have mechanisms to provide timely and regular information to reporters to ensure timely reporting. Furthermore, state management agencies should also have mechanisms for commissioning articles from press agencies, aiming to promote and create economic potential for press agencies to invest in and develop communication plans on labor policies and laws that achieve optimal effectiveness and meet the information needs of workers in the new situation.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Communicating policies and laws on labor in the Union press in general, and in particular in the Union organization's electronic press is not completely a new issue. However, it plays a crucial role, especially these days when the Union organization is facing many challenges.
Given this situation, the Union organization's electronic newspapers have continuously, promptly and accurately updated policies and laws on labor to the public and employees. Especially, with the strength of e-newspapers being unlimited communication, without geographical barriers, policies and laws on labor have been communicated quickly, thus spreading widely and effectively.
At the same time, with the application of science and technology to news production, policy articles, policy communication contents are getting more diverse. To a great degree, the press also promptly reflected the advantages and limitations of employees in the process of accessing information on policies and laws on labor. The Labor Online Newspaper and the Capital Labor Online Newspaper, as the mouthpieces of the Union organization, with their own readership, have promptly communicated policies and laws on labor to employees and achieved effective communication, ensuring objectivity, brevity, and simplicity.
Nevertheless, at present, the quality of communication on labor policies and laws is yet sufficient, lacking not only professional investment but also creativity. The content of policy communication is often the same due to the similar source of information. Also, it could be tedious and lack the breath of life. Meanwhile, the application of new journalism genres in the communication of labor policies and laws such as Longform, e-magazine, infographic, interactive television, online discussion, etc. is still limited. In addition, the electronic newspapers of the Union organization have not promoted the application of social networking platforms in communication work, thus lacking the ability to spread widely, especially in the era of information explosion on social networks as it is today.
Therefore, in order to improve the quality of communication activities on labor policies and laws, the Union organization's electronic newspapers need to improve the quality of journalists and reporters in charge of policy communication. It is necessary to strengthen the leadership, inspection and control of state management departments, press management agencies with the communication of labor policies and laws. Furthermore, state management departments need to have their own mechanism to provide timely and periodic information to reporters to promptly report any information. Finally, they also need to have an order mechanism for press agencies in order to promote and create economic potential for press agencies to invest and develop policy communication plans efficiently, meeting the needs of information of employees in the new situation.
