10. Summary of the thesis results:

Research results show that most students at Juvenile Detention Center No. 2 are minors with low levels of education, living in family environments lacking parental care and guidance, and engaging in illegal activities to the point of requiring educational measures such as placement in a juvenile detention center. Their legal awareness and understanding are superficial and inaccurate. Furthermore, most of them commit illegal acts without knowing their criminal liability. In addition, their illegal behavior is strongly influenced by their peer group (friends).

The study also delves into describing the current state of legal education activities being implemented at Ninh Binh Juvenile Detention Center No. 2. Currently, the center is simultaneously implementing four main methods of legal education: education through compulsory learning activities; extracurricular activities; reward and disciplinary activities; and media. Each method has its own characteristics in terms of content and form of implementation, but all aim to raise students' legal awareness, foster trust and respect for the State's laws, and thereby encourage them to act in accordance with current laws.

Based on the analysis of the aforementioned situations, the author draws the following conclusions:

In legal education activities, students show a fondness for extracurricular activities, which help them develop a voluntary and gradual understanding of the law. Furthermore, there is a shortage of qualified and skilled legal counselors. In many cases, legal education only focuses on providing knowledge without checking students' understanding.

Based on the strengths and weaknesses in legal education activities at Ninh Binh Juvenile Detention Center No. 2, the author has made several specific recommendations for improving the policy system, changing the content and form of teaching, as well as training and upgrading the skills of teachers and staff to increase the effectiveness of legal education activities and, further, to prevent children from violating the law at its root.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis can serve as a reference for legal education in reform schools and general schools to prevent minors from violating the law.

12. Practical applicability, if any: Results of the study showed that most reformatory students no 2 Ninh Binh are juveniles. They have lower levels of education, living in a family environment lack of parents's interest, teaching. They have the violation legislation to implement the measures to bring education to the reformatory. About legal awareness, their understanding laws are superficial, inaccurate. On the other hand, most of them have committed violations of the law without knowing his criminal responsibility for such acts. In addition, their violations are under the strong influence of peer groups (groups of friends).

The thesis also describes the legal education activity sistuation is being carried out at the reformatory no 2 Ninh Binh. Currently, the school is implementing 4-way legal education at the same time. They are educated through mandatory learning activities; extracurricular activities; rewarded and disciplined activities and the media. Each method has its own characteristics in content and form of implementation but are aimed at raising legal awareness of pupils, forming trust and respect for State law, from which self sensory processing in accordance with the current legislation.

Analyzing the above situation, the authors point out some conclusions:

In the legal education activities, students have a love for extracurricular activities, helping them become aware of the law voluntarily, gradually. In addition, full-time staff consultants and lacking in quantity and least of knowledge and skills. In many cases, the legal education just stops at providing knowledge that without the check back to the awareness of the pupils.

Based on the advantages and disadvantages of legal education in reformatory no 2 Ninh Binh, authors have made some specific recommendations for improving the system policy, change the content, form of teaching as well as training and raising the qualifications of academic staff to increase operational efficiency in legal education and prevent children violating the law radically.
