The research topic "Self-assessment of students of the People's Police Academy on some professional personality qualities" studies students' self-assessment of some specific professional personality qualities: courage, honesty, solidarity, discipline, flexibility, dynamism, concreteness of ideals, modesty, responsibility and altruism.

The study was conducted on 250 subjects of the People's Police Academy. The research methods used in the topic include: document research method, questionnaire investigation method, interview method, and information processing method using mathematical statistics.

Self-assessment of personality qualities suitable for the professional activities of Police Academy students is the process of Police Academy students' awareness of whether their personality qualities are suitable for the requirements of police professional activities or not, on that basis, students can adjust their behavior to achieve good learning results.

In general, students self-assess the personality qualities necessary for professional activities quite highly. There is a relationship between self-assessment of specific professional personality qualities and the major and occupation of parents of students at the People's Police Academy. Accordingly, students whose father or mother works in the police force will have a self-assessment of professional personality qualities much higher than students whose parents work in other occupations.

11. Practical application:The topic will be sent to the People's Police Academy, and can be applied in the school's teaching, assessment and evaluation as well as the students' learning and training.

12. Further research directions:If possible, further research will be conducted and comparisons made between students' self-assessments and lecturers' assessments of professional personality qualities.

Student self assessment in personalities career at People 's Police Academy is cognitive processes of students about their personalities which is suitable for thepolice job officer requirementsor not. On that basis, students can change their behavior and achieve good academic results

In general, students appreciate the career qualities which are necessary for professional activities. There is a relationship between self assessment in specific career personalities with parents' occupation of students at the People's Police Academy. formation, students who have parents working as the police officer, have higher self assessment in personalities career than other students do

The research results will be sent to the People's Police Academy. Not only does it support teaching, monitoring and evaluating activities of the school staff but it also supports learning and exercising activities of students

12.  Next researches:If possible, a deeper research about the comparison between student's self assessment and teacher's self assessment in personalities career will be conducted
