10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis examines the context of Korean language training in Vietnam through two aspects: the practical basis and the legal foundation for introducing Korean language teaching in Vietnam from university and college levels to junior high school (THCS). By outlining the context of Korean language training in Vietnam, the study highlights the achievements Vietnam has made over the past 30 years (1993 to the present). Although these achievements are primarily in university and college-level Korean language education, these experiences will provide a foundation for more extensive Korean language teaching at lower levels such as high school and junior high school.
The thesis also provided an overview of the current state of Korean language training at the lower secondary level in Vietnam, and then proceeded to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current state of Korean language education at the lower secondary level in Long Bien district through a questionnaire survey. It also presented the achievements of the Korean language education program at the lower secondary level in Long Bien district. During the process of collecting and synthesizing documents, it was found that the current state of Korean language training and its results at the university and college levels have been addressed by many researchers. However, the current state of Korean language training at the lower secondary level has not yet been studied in detail.
Beyond simply summarizing the current situation and analyzing the achievements in Korean language education at the lower secondary level in Long Bien district, this thesis also points out the advantages and disadvantages in Korean language training at the lower secondary level in Hanoi in general and Long Bien district in particular. Furthermore, the thesis proposes solutions to the difficulties encountered in the process of Korean language training at the lower secondary level.
11. Practical applications (if any):
With the research results obtained, the thesis is fully applicable in practice. Identifying the current state of Korean language training at the junior high school level nationwide and in Hanoi, and presenting the achievements of Korean language teaching at the junior high school level in Long Bien district, will help the Ministry of Education and relevant agencies better understand the current state of training and grasp the results of the policies they have implemented.
By identifying the advantages and disadvantages in the training process, the Ministry of Education and Training can learn from experience, further develop strengths, and address shortcomings, thereby adjusting policies more appropriately. Through the pilot implementation of Korean language training in junior high schools, subsequent junior high schools will also be able to learn from these achievements and difficulties to implement Korean language teaching in a rational manner, in accordance with the policies issued by the Ministry of Education.
Beyond merely identifying the difficulties in teaching Korean at the lower secondary level, this thesis proposes several solutions to overcome these limitations. Policymakers and relevant agencies can refer to these solutions and develop comprehensive and effective approaches in practice to address the challenges, enhance strengths, and ultimately achieve greater success in teaching Korean at the lower secondary level, fulfilling the expectations of the Party and the State.
12. Further research directions (if any):
In the future, I plan to further develop this topic. Beyond Long Bien district, I will conduct a more in-depth survey and analysis of the current state of Korean language education at the junior high school level throughout Hanoi. Simultaneously, I will specifically analyze the shortcomings and strengths of the policies implemented by relevant agencies for Korean language training at the junior high school level.
13. Published works related to the thesis:
To date, no published works have been found that contain content on teaching Korean at the lower secondary school level.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis has shown the context for implementing Korean language education in Vietnam through two aspects: practical basis and legal basis of introducing Korean into teaching in Vietnam from university and College to Middle School. From the overview of the context of Korean language education in Vietnam, this presents the results that Vietnam has achieved during the 30 years of Korean language training (period 1993 to present). Although the results achieved are mainly from Korean language education at university and college levels, these experiences will create a foundation for deploying Korean language teaching more widely at lower levels such as high school and middle school.
The thesis also summarizes the current situation of Korean language education at the middle school level in Vietnam, and then conducts deep analysis of the current situation of Korean language education at the secondary level in Long Bien district through conducting a questionnaire survey. It also presented the results achieved in the Korean language education program at the secondary level in Long Bien district. During the process of collecting and synthesizing documents, it was found that many researchers mentioned the current status of Korean language training and the results of Korean language education at university and college levels. However, the current status of Korean language education at the Middle school level has not found any detailed research
Not only stopping at generalizing the current situation and analyzing the results achieved in Korean language education at the secondary level in Long Bien district, the thesis also points out the advantages and difficulties in Korean language education at the secondary level in Hanoi in general and Long Bien district in particular. Along with that, the thesis also proposes solutions to difficulties in the process of Korean language training at secondary level.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
With the research results achieved, the thesis is completely applicable in practice. Along with pointing out the current status of Korean language training at the secondary level across the country and in Hanoi, through the results that the Korean language teaching at the secondary level in Long Bien district has achieved will help the Ministry of Education better understand the current state of education and grasp the results of the policies they have proposed
By presenting the advantages and difficulties in the education program, it will help the Ministry of Education draw experience, continue to promote advantages and overcome defects, thus Adjust policies more appropriately. Through experience of secondary schools implementing pilot Korean language education first, secondary schools implementing it later will also look at those achievements and difficulties to deploy Korean language teaching in a reasonable manner following the correct policy issued by the Ministry of Education.
Not only stopping at pointing out the difficulties in teaching Korean at the secondary level, the thesis has proposed a number of solutions to solve those defects. Policymakers and relevant specialized agencies can refer and provide comprehensive and effective solutions in the practical implementation process to overcome defect and promote positive points. It helps the Korean language education at secondary level to achieve even greater achievements in accordance with the expectations of the Party and State.
13. Further research directions, if any:
It is expected that in the future we will further research this topic. Not only Long Bien district, I will conduct a deeper survey and analysis of the current situation of Korean language education at secondary level in the whole city of Hanoi. At the same time, we also conduct a specific analysis of advantages and disadvantages from the policies on implementing Korean language education at secondary school level that the Ministry of Education has issued.
