The world of characters in the two novels "Debt to the Nation" and "Drifting on the Four Seas," part of the historical novel series "The Nation's Thousand Miles" by writer Nguyen The Ky, is a vast world created from two main groups of characters: non-fictional characters and fictional characters. All revolve around and interact with the central character, Nguyen Tat Thanh - Nguyen Ai Quoc.
The world of these characters spans the revolutionary life of Nguyen Tat Thanh - Nguyen Ai Quoc, from his childhood to the thirty years he "wandered the four seas" searching for a way to save the country, bringing that correct path to national salvation deep into the revolutionary movement in Vietnam, until the day he officially returned to Vietnam to directly lead the revolution.
