The thesis addresses three important research issues:
First of all, the thesis has mentioned the theoretical basis and practical basis of online marketing in information and library activities. In terms of theory: The thesis has systematized and deeply analyzed general theoretical issues such as: clarifying the content of concepts; Content; Role; Factors affecting the effectiveness of online marketing activities of information and library. In terms of practical basis, the characteristics of FPT University as well as the University Library have been studied.
Second, the thesis focuses on studying the current status of online marketing activities at FPT University Library such as Environment; Content; Impact factors; Strategy, Program, Marketing Plan and evaluates the strengths and limitations of this current status.
Third, the thesis proposed a number of solutions to enhance the effectiveness of online marketing activities at FPT University Library, contributing to improving the quality of research and training high-quality human resources for the University.
