The thesis focused on clarifying theoretical issues regarding social development management and the Party's leadership methods in social development management.

Based on an assessment of the current state of the Party's leadership methods in managing social development in several areas, including human development, social security policy implementation, public health care, population and family planning, and the protection and care of maternal and child health, this study proposes several directions and solutions for reforming the Party's leadership methods in managing social development in the future.
