The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1: Theoretical and practical basis of office workers and psychological factors of office workers

The content of chapter 1 mainly deals with the theoretical basis of office workers and the psychological factors of office workers such as: office concept, office work, and psychological factors of office workers.

Chapter 2: The current status of the impact of psychological factors on the work performance of civil servants of the People's Committee Office at district and county levels in Hanoi city

Chapter 2 presents some regulations on the duties of civil servants in the office of the People's Committee at the district level in Hanoi, and at the same time finds out the current situation of the impacts of psychological factors on the work performance of civil servants in the office at the district level in Hanoi. The issues studied are: Working environment; Impact of factors such as Social status awareness, Task awareness, Emotional intelligence and Professional security of civil servants on the work performance. This is the basis for the author to propose some psychological training solutions to improve the work efficiency of civil servants in the office of the People's Committee at the district level mentioned in chapter 3.

Chapter 3:GPsychological training solutions for district and county office staff in the new era

Based on the comments and evaluations of the research results in chapter 2, the author discusses issues that have been studied but have not been agreed upon. At the same time, he proposes some psychological training solutions to improve the working efficiency of district and county office workers today.

12. Practical application:

The research results are reference documents for the management levels of the People's Committees at the district and county levels to improve the effectiveness of office workers. In addition, the thesis is a useful reference document, helping readers have an overview, saving time and effort in collecting documents, and at the same time is the basis for scientists to continue to research, clarify and supplement issues that have not been mentioned, in order to fill the gaps in research on office management science.

Chapter 1: Theoretical and practical basis for office civil servants and psychological factors of office civil servants

Chapter 1 primarily indicates foundations and theories of office civil servants as well as the psychological factors as: the definition of office, office work, the psychological factors of office civil servants.

Chapter 2: The actual situation ofthe impact of psychological factors on the working implementation process of civil servants ofthe People's Committee's Offices at the district level in Hanoi

This chapter presents some regulations on the duties, responsibilities of office civil servants of the People's Committee's Offices at the district level in Hanoi and also find out the realities of the impacts of psychological factors on the real process of implementing the work of the civil servants. The issues are pointed out as: working environment; the impact of perceptions on social status, awareness of tasks, emotional intelligence and the assurance of the staff to the process of implementing the office work. Based on this, the author gives some psychological solutions to improve the efficiency of working for civil servants of People's Committees at the district level mentioned in chapter 3.

Chapter 3:Proposing solutions for fostering the psychology of office civil servants at the district level

Based on the above evaluations of the research results in chapter 2, the author discusses the issues that have been studied but not yet unified; and, at the same time, proposes some psychological fostering solutions to improve the working efficiency for the civil servants nowadays.

12. Possibility of practical application:

The findings of this thesis are useful reference materials which help managers of the People's Committees improve the operational efficiency of their office civil servants. In addition, the thesis is a useful reference, helping readers have an overview, saving time and effort to collect materials, as well as being a scientific result for scientists to continue studying, clarifying and supplementing the issues that have not been mentioned, to fill the gaps in research in terms of office management science.
