10. Summary of thesis results:
Within the limits of a master's thesis, we have achieved the research objectives set out in each chapter as follows:
Chapter I. Helps readers grasp an overview of theoretical issues related to the research topic. The most notable of which are the theory of human needs pyramid and the theory of tourism consumer behavior. These are important theoretical bases for us to be able to build appropriate questionnaires and interviews as well as to be able to analyze the causes of the existing problems and limitations of the Chinese tourist market in Vietnam.
Chapter II. To help readers have an overview of the Chinese tourist market in Vietnam, we used 17 questionnaires with questions on many aspects. The survey results have objectively and accurately reflected the needs and issues that Chinese tourists are interested in when traveling to Vietnam.
Chapter III. In the face of the fact that there are still many unsatisfactory opinions or negative comments from Chinese tourists in particular and foreign tourists in general when traveling to Vietnam, we have summarized the most prominent existing problems, along with analyzing the causes of those problems. Thanks to that, we have summarized and made some proposals to overcome the current shortcomings in the Vietnamese tourism industry. Hopefully, our proposals will have certain reference values for travel businesses as well as for Vietnamese government agencies.
11. Practical application:
The survey results as well as the analysis obtained after the survey are conducted objectively and scientifically, so they are highly accurate and reliable. These data can help travel businesses in particular and those operating and working in the tourism sector in general with more effective marketing ideas.
