The author has researched and presented the theoretical basis for building a model of a Fund to support innovative startups in universities, specifically on the concepts of startups, innovative startups, startup ecosystems, types of funds, conditions for formation and legality of the Fund in universities. In addition, the current status of financial resources to support innovative startup projects in the University of Natural Sciences is presented.
The analysis clarifies the financial needs of students' start-up activities, thereby affirming the necessity of building a support fund for start-up activities in universities.
Propose the organization and operation model of the Fund, analyze and clarify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the model, thereby objectively affirming the feasibility of the model.
