The thesis systematically presents the process of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee applying the viewpoints, guidelines and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam to lead industrial development in the province during the period 1997 - 2015.
From the practical experience of industrial development in Bac Giang province in the period of 1997 - 2015, the thesis objectively assessed the achievements, limitations and initially drew some experiences to serve the development process in the next stage.
