This thesis systematically presents the process by which the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee applied the viewpoints, guidelines, and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam to lead industrial development in the province during the period 1997–2015.
Based on the practical experience of industrial development in Bac Giang province from 1997 to 2015, this thesis objectively assesses the achievements and limitations and initially draws some lessons to serve the development process in the next phase.
