Studying the ability to meet information needs of information users at Ha Tay Pedagogical College. Proposing some solutions to improve the ability to meet information needs of information users.

The research results of the thesis help to organize information service for users at the Library of Ha Tay Pedagogical College to be more effective, to promptly and accurately meet the information needs of users, and to contribute significantly to the construction and development of the Library.
