In recent years, numerous studies and articles have addressed issues related to poverty eradication in Vietnam and in various localities across the country. However, to date, no published work has researched from a political science perspective the topic of "Improving the effectiveness of poverty eradication policies in Tuyen Quang province today."

This thesis clarifies the characteristics of poverty and the concept of poverty eradication in Tuyen Quang province from 2011 to 2016. It analyzes and generally assesses the current state of poverty eradication policy implementation in Tuyen Quang province from 2011 to 2015. Through this, we gain a more comprehensive understanding of the province's poverty problem, the process of implementing policies from the provincial to the grassroots level, the advantages, limitations, causes, and lessons learned. The thesis proposes groups of solutions for implementing poverty eradication policies in Tuyen Quang province from now until 2020. These solutions are closely aligned with practical conditions, stemming from the strengths and weaknesses in the policy implementation process in the previous period and the current situation.The challenges facing the province's current poverty reduction efforts.

11. Practical applications:

- This thesis contributes to the objective evaluation and summary of the process of achieving the goal of eradicating hunger and reducing poverty in Tuyen Quang province;

- The research findings of this thesis (especially some of the solutions presented) can be used as a reference and applied in the practical leadership and guidance of poverty alleviation efforts in Tuyen Quang today.

- This thesis can be used as a reference for research and teaching on poverty reduction policies in the Political School in Tuyen Quang province.

12. Future research directions:

Further research is needed to supplement more effective poverty reduction policies in Tuyen Quang province, such as: policies for ethnic minorities facing extreme difficulties, housing support policies, vocational training policies for poor laborers, etc.; mechanisms for identifying beneficiaries in each policy; mobilizing resources to implement policies; criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of policy implementation, etc.

In recent years, we have had many projects and articles that mentioned to the poverty-alleviation in Vietnam and other local areas in all country. However, up to now there hasn't been any announced work that reseached in the thesis by Potical Science about the topic: “Improve the Effectiveness on implementing the poverty-alleviation policies in Tuyen Quang today”

This thesis clarifies characteristics of the beggarly and conception about the poverty-alleviation in Tuyen Quang from 2011 to 2016; The thesis analyzed and evaluated the reality on implementing the poverty-alleviation policies in Tuyen Quang from 2011 to 2015 in general. We can see more comprehensive view of the beggarly problem of Tuyen Quang and implementing deloying proccess of policies from province to groundswells and about strong points, defects, reasons and experiences lessons; The thesis proposed some groups of solutions to implement the poverty-alleviation in Tuyen Quang from now to 2020. The system of these solutions follows close on reality situation and starts from strong points as well as in defects on policy implementation process in past period and the current issues for the poverty-alleviation task of Tuyen Quang.

- The thesis has a part in closing, objectively assessing the implementing process of the target of the poverty-alleviation in Tuyen Quang

- The thesis reseaching result (especially some solutions in the thesis) can be referred to apply for the reality of leading and directing the implementation the poverty-alleviation task in Tuuyen Quang

- The thesis can be used for reference materials to research and explain about the poverty-alleviation policies in Political school in Tuyen Quang.

12. Future research directions, if any:

- Continue researching the thesis in order to poverty reducing policies in Tuyen Quang, such as: policies on the ethnics in completely difficult area, policies on housing support; policies on vocational training for poor people, etc. Besides, the thesis continues to research about mechanism to determine beneficiaries from each policy or about mobilizing the resouces to implement those policies or the criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing policies.
