Building upon the achievements of previous researchers and combining them with direct research and surveys at the site, this thesis has:
- Contributing to a comprehensive and systematic study of the historical, cultural, and artistic values of the Sai Temple in Thuy Loi village.
- Integrating the overall cultural and architectural aspects of Thuy Loi village within the context of other historical sites in Dong Anh district.
- Assess the current state of the relic site to determine solutions for its effective preservation and promotion. Effectively utilize and promote the Sai Temple in current cultural and festival activities.

- This thesis can be used as a reference for: Teaching in the fields of cultural history and ancient architecture at universities and colleges; and as research material for research topics related to history, culture, architecture, and art concerning historical sites in general and temples in particular.
- The thesis identifies the current state of the relic and proposes some directions for preserving the Sai Temple in the present period.

Base on the inheritance of existing researches and this in combination with the results of actual surveys at the monument, the thesis:
- Contribute to systematic and overview studies on Historical-Cultural and Art values of Sai Temple.
- Connect the architectural-cultural values of Thuy Loi village to the system of monuments in Dong Anh district.
- Assess the state of the monument in order to suggest some solutions in conservation and enhancement of its values. Encourage the development of Traditional Festivals in Cutural activities.
