Based on the inheritance of the achievements of predecessors, combined with direct research and survey at the relic, the thesis has:
- Contribute to comprehensive and systematic research on the historical - cultural and artistic values of Sai temple in Thuy Loi village.
- Integrate the cultural and architectural overview of Thuy Loi village into the overall relics in Dong Anh district.
- Assess the current status of the relic to orient some solutions to preserve and effectively promote the value of the relic. Exploit and promote the effectiveness of Sai Temple in current cultural and festival activities.

- The thesis can be used as a reference for: Teaching in the field of cultural history and ancient architecture at universities and colleges; as a research document for research topics related to history - culture - architecture - art related to relics in general and temples in particular.
- The thesis points out the current status of the relic and proposes some directions for preserving Sai temple in the current period.

Base on the inheritance of existing researches and this in combination with the results of actual surveys at the monument, the thesis:
- Contribute to systematic and overview studies on Historical-Cultural and Art values of Sai Temple.
- Connect the architectural-cultural values of Thuy Loi village to the system of monuments in Dong Anh district.
- Assess the state of the monument in order to suggest some solutions in conservation and enhancement of its values. Encourage the development of Traditional Festivals in Cutural activities.
