- Contributing to a comprehensive and systematic study of the historical, cultural, and artistic values ​​of the Sai Temple in Thuy Loi village.

- Integrating the overall cultural and architectural aspects of Thuy Loi village within the context of other historical sites in Dong Anh district.

- Assess the current state of the relic site to determine solutions for its effective preservation and promotion. Effectively utilize and promote the Sai Temple in current cultural and festival activities.

- Assess the state of the monument in order to suggest some solutions in conservation and enhancement of its values. Encourage the development of Traditional Festivals in Cutural activities.
