10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis focuses on researching and presenting the following basic results:
In Chapter 1, the author introduced several concepts related to the research topic, such as mobile phones, mobile journalism, and mobile journalism skills. Furthermore, a crucial part is the theoretical framework of media convergence – the journalistic trend addressed in this study.
Chapter 2 of the thesis analyzes the current state of mobile phone-based journalistic skills at three major newspapers: Vietnamplus, Zingnews, and Vietnamnet. In addition, the author includes surveys from other online newspapers to enhance the scientific content of the thesis. Simultaneously, the author employs sociological research methods (a questionnaire survey with 200 reporters, journalists, and media professionals) and in-depth interviews with eight experts and journalists knowledgeable in mobile phone-based journalistic skills. From this, a general assessment of the current state of mobile phone-based journalistic skills among journalists in the context of media convergence is presented.
This provides the basis for the scientific recommendations in Chapter 3.
In Chapter 3, the author presents trends in mobile journalism development and proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of mobile-based reporting.

This study identifies the successes and limitations of the surveyed newspapers, and proposes improvements to enhance the effectiveness of mobile phone-based reporting, thereby improving journalistic quality and keeping up with the latest trends in modern journalism.
In addition, the thesis also contributes to research and teaching materials for the field of journalism and communication on related issues.

The thesis focuses on research and gives some basic results as follows:
In Chapter 1, the author presents a number of concepts related to research topics such as mobile phones, mobile journalism and journalistic skills through mobile phones. In addition, the author also presents the theoretical system of "media convergence" which is a very important concept of the press trend that the subject is talking about.
In Chapter 2, the thesis analyzes the current state of mobile journalistic skills in three major newspapers: Vietnamplus, Zing news and Vietnamnet. Besides, the survey templates from other online newspapers have been added to increase the scientific content for the thesis. Simultaneously, there is also the sociological research method (questionnaire survey with 200 reporters, journalists, PR specialists) and in-depth interviews with 8 experts and journalists who understand how to work with mobile phones, in order to create a general assessment of the status of mobile phones by journalists in the trend of media convergence.
This provides the basis for scientific recommendations in Chapter 3.
In Chapter 3, the author outlines the development of mobile journalism and gives out solutions to improve efficiency of mobile journalistic skills.
