10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis has analyzed, synthesized, and explained the theoretical basis related to the research problem: the relationship between television, specifically reality television, and lifestyle education for young people. It aims to guide reality television programs towards positive values, especially in the context of today's complex environment.
Based on the theoretical issues established, this thesis surveys and evaluates the current state of the content, form, and quality of lifestyle education for young people through reality television programs on VTV3 in the following aspects: Education on behavior; Lifestyle; and Life philosophy.
Based on the theoretical and practical foundations studied and surveyed, this thesis proposes and recommends several solutions to improve the effectiveness of lifestyle education in reality television programs aimed at young people, such as:
This emphasizes the importance of balancing the quality of reality television programs with the economic challenges facing the television production industry in particular and journalism in the market economy era in general.
Propose solutions to improve the quality of reality television program production, from scriptwriting and production organization to filming and post-production.
Innovative solutions for management and monitoring during filming and post-production by monitoring and broadcasting units.

Through specific surveys and analyses, the research results serve as a reference for leaders of Vietnam Television, leaders of the Entertainment Programs Production Department - VTV3, reality television producers, training institutions, journalists, and anyone interested in this issue...
12. Future research directions:
Based on the results of this study, further research directions can be developed, such as the issue of lifestyle education in programs produced by the Entertainment Programs Production Department - VTV3, or programs whose rights have been purchased from foreign countries.
