10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis has pointed out the current status of the science and technology information network to serve science and technology programs from local to national level. On that basis, it identifies the advantages and difficulties in the process of searching for information and managing international trademark data when entering Vietnam. The author of the thesis has proposed solutions: forming a science and technology information linkage model and policies to support the development of a science and technology information linkage network to serve science and technology programs from local to national level. The linkage model and policies mainly focus on developing data source channels, upgrading infrastructure systems and human resource development policies.

11. Practical application:

The system of linking science and technology information with high practical applicability is proposed for agencies and organizations linking science and technology information to study and analyze the advantages and difficulties in the process of transmitting, searching and updating information. The applied solutions will be the premise for development, if well implemented, it will motivate foreign enterprises as well as the management of science and technology information linking on the Madrid brand to have better working conditions, ensuring the most effective service of science and technology information.

Based on this foundation, identify the advantages and difficulties in seeking progress in order to associate the information in data management and warranty of international brands into Vietnam. The author of the thesis has provided the following methods: Building mode of scientific and technological information association to support for developing the network of scientific and technological information association to serve the Scientific & Technological Programs from local area level to national level. The mode of association and policies are concentrated on developing channels of data resources, upgrading the infrastructure systems.
