10. Summary of the thesis results:

Tourism services have been playing an increasingly important role in the socio-economic development of the country as a whole, and of Hanoi and Tay Ho district in particular. Strongly developing tourism services is a top priority; it is one of the fundamental solutions contributing to the successful implementation of the country's industrialization of agriculture and rural areas. This is a task that is not only economically significant but also has great political and social significance in the process of national development. Developing tourism services has contributed to solving employment and labor issues affected by urban renovation in the district; promoting the shift in economic structure towards modernization; mobilizing all available resources and those from investors into economic activities; continuously improving and raising the living standards of the people; and preserving the cultural and traditional values ​​of this land rich in revolutionary traditions.

Over the years, tourism in Tay Ho District has experienced rapid but not comprehensive development. This development has raised several issues requiring attention, such as: tourism services around Tay Ho Lake have not developed proportionally to their potential; tourism resources have not been fully utilized and exploited by various tourism service sectors; tourism services have not truly satisfied tourists, thus missing many opportunities to generate profit from tourists (to achieve satisfaction); sustainability in tourism development has not received adequate attention; state management of tourism services still has many shortcomings; and economic efficiency has not been high. With the goal of making tourism a strength of the district, addressing these issues, especially focusing on the development of tourism services, has become more urgent than ever. The solutions proposed in this thesis are hoped to contribute to promoting the development of tourism services in Tay Ho District in the future.

The thesis has identified the strengths and weaknesses of tourism in Tay Ho. Based on this, it proposes solutions for developing tourism in Tay Ho in general and the tourism service system in particular.

Tourist services have been gradually important role in the process of economic development - economic development of the country in general and Hanoi in particular and West Lake district. Vigorously developing tourism services is a prime target; is one of the basic solutions contributing to successfully implement the industrialization of agriculture and rural areas of the country. This is a task that not only makes economic sense, but also politically significant - huge social development in the country. Development of tourism has contributed to job creation and workers affected by the process of gentrification in the county; promote economic restructuring towards modernization; mobilizing all available resources and from investors in economic activity; constantly improve and raise living standards for the people; preservation of cultural values, traditions of the land rich in revolutionary traditions.

In recent years, Westlake tourism has made rapid development but not comprehensive. In the process of development has arisen concern issues such as: the type of travel service development west lake is not commensurate with the potential; tourism resources have not been the type of travel services and exploit the advantage. Travel services do not really satisfied guests should have missed many opportunities to earn profits from tourists (achieved satisfaction). Sustainability in the tourism operators have not received adequate attention. The management of state for tourism services is inadequate. Economic efficiency is not high giving ... With the goal of bringing the tourism industry become the county's strengths, request solve these problems; paying special attention to the development of tourism services becomes ever more urgent. The solution proposed thesis hopefully contributes to promoting tourism development in Tayho district in the future.

The composition shows that the tourism of Tayho has both the strengths and weaknesses. So, the solutions come out to improve the development of Tayho tourism and service system in general
