In order to propose solutions to help Vietnamese enterprises promote exports to this market, the thesis also clarifies some violations of Vietnamese agricultural products during the import process into Japan based on the analysis of statistical data from the Ministry of Labor, Health and Welfare of Japan. From there, the thesis makes proposals and recommendations to help Vietnamese enterprises understand the laws and procedures, ensuring no violations during the export of agricultural products.
