The thesis has clarified the following issues:
- The topic has clarified the current status of activities, goals, and objectives of the intergenerational self-help club model for the elderly in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province based on eight main areas of activities of the club such as health care activities, home health care activities, income-increasing livelihood activities, spiritual life improvement activities, self-help and community support activities, rights and benefits activities, resource building activities for the club, and awareness and knowledge raising activities for all aspects of club members.
- Based on the analysis of the current situation of intergenerational self-help clubs, it is possible to clearly see the internal and external factors affecting the club model.
- From there, evaluate the effectiveness of the club model in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province based on the areas of activity and evaluate the adaptability and replication of the club model to many other localities.
- Finally, the study has provided policy and practical recommendations for better intervention and assistance for the intergenerational self-help club model in general and for the elderly in particular.
11. Practical application:
Applied research in practice helps the elderly access new social models, discover positive and negative factors affecting the club model and the ability to replicate the model in many places to fully serve the needs of the elderly.

Thesis was to clarify the following issues:
- Clarifying the status of the activities, goals and objectives about the Intergenerational Self-help Clubs of Elderly people in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province is based on eight main activities such as health care, home- care, healthy and active living, income security, self-help, supporting the community, rights and entitlement, governance and community participation, social and culture, risk reduction.
- Based on the analysis of the status about the Intergenerational Self-help Clubs, it is possible to see the internal factors and external factors influencing the club model.
- Due to evaluate the effectiveness of this model in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province, based on the operational areas and evaluate the ability to adapt and replicate the model to other localities.
- Finally, the research provides policy and practical recommendations for intervention - better support for the Intergenerational Self-Helf Clubs in general and especially Elderly people in particular.
