The thesis has clarified the following issues:

- The study has clarified the current state of operation, goals, and objectives of the intergenerational self-help club model for the elderly in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province, based on eight main areas of club activities: health care, home health care, income-generating livelihood activities, improving spiritual life, self-help and community support, rights and benefits, building resources for the club, and raising awareness and knowledge in all aspects for club members.

- Based on an analysis of the current state of intergenerational self-help clubs, it is clear that both internal and external factors influence the club model.

- From there, evaluate the effectiveness of the club model in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province, based on its various activities, and assess its adaptability and potential for replication in other localities.

- Finally, the study provided policy and practical recommendations for better intervention and support for intergenerational self-help club models in general and for the elderly in particular.

11. Practical applications:

This research applies practical applications to support the elderly in accessing new social models, identifying positive factors and limitations affecting the club model, and assessing its potential for replication in various locations to fully meet the needs of the elderly.

Research on the elderly in the context of the current aging population.

Thesis was to clarify the following issues:

- Clarifying the status of the activities, goals and objectives about the Intergenerational Self-help Clubs of Elderly people in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province is based on eight main activities such as health care, home- care, healthy and active living, income security, self-help, supporting the community, rights and entitlement, governance and community participation, social and culture, risk reduction.

- Based on the analysis of the status about the Intergenerational Self-help Clubs, it is possible to see the internal factors and external factors influencing the club model.

- Due to evaluate the effectiveness of this model in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province, based on the operational areas and evaluate the ability to adapt and replicate the model to other localities.

- Finally, the research provides policy and practical recommendations for intervention - better support for the Intergenerational Self-Helf Clubs in general and especially Elderly people in particular.

The applied research in practice as supporting Elderly people to access a new social model, detecting positive and negative factors from impacting on the model of the club and the ability to replicate this Club in other provinces in order to support service in Elderly people needs
