10. Summary of thesis results:
In order to better understand the economic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Russia in the period 2001 - 2021 in the two countries' electronic newspapers, the author presented theoretical and practical issues on the economic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Russia in the electronic newspapers with concepts related to the thesis topic such as "electronic newspapers", "economic cooperation relationship", the role of the press in informing about the economic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Russia.
With its functions and tasks, the electronic newspaper has played a role in reflecting and orienting economic cooperation activities between Vietnam and Russia. Through articles, news, comments and analysis on the electronic newspaper, it plays an important role in creating interaction and information exchange between senior leaders, businesses and investors of the two countries to make appropriate decisions in the process of economic cooperation. In addition, the electronic newspaper also helps the public better understand issues related to cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation in the economic field, raising awareness and strengthening the friendship between the two countries.
Based on the theoretical foundations, the thesis analyzed the economic relationship between Vietnam and Russia, which the press focused on exploiting on 8 issues, which are also 8 aspects of bilateral economic cooperation. These are trade promotion meetings; cooperation policies; import-export trade; energy cooperation; production cooperation; investment cooperation; finance - currency, tourism services. The author analyzed in depth the current status of message transmission methods in 4 newspapers in terms of pages, languages, genres, and images. In general, information about the economic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Russia is clearly and honestly expressed. However, there are also some limitations that need to be changed and overcome to be more suitable for the public in the digital transformation era.
Based on the research results, the thesis has proposed a number of solutions to improve the quality of information on the economic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and the Russian Federation in electronic newspapers. These solutions are divided into main groups including: Strengthening the leadership of the Party and the management of the State in international cooperation information work; Developing a plan to develop the topic of international cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation; Diversifying content and innovating methods of information transmission; Researching and expanding the public to receive and interact with information.
The solutions proposed in this thesis are researched by the author to suit the information trends in the world as well as the development trends of Vietnamese journalism.

The survey results during the research of the thesis topic are practical data that help leaders and managers of press agencies and editorial offices see more clearly the context and information picture of the economic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Russia. From there, there will be appropriate adjustments and solutions to promote the advantages and overcome the existing limitations.
The research results of the topic are useful reference materials in journalism training institutions, to advise and orient future journalists in informing about the issue of Vietnam - Russia economic cooperation in particular and the Vietnam - Russia strategic cooperation relationship in general.

In order to demonstrate better understanding of the economic cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation from 2001 to 2021 through the electronic newspapers of both countries, the author has scrutinised theoretical and practical issues regarding the economic cooperation between Vietnam and Russia on electronic newspapers, with related concepts to the thesis topic such as “electronic newspapers”, “economic cooperation relationship”, and the role of the media in informing about the economic cooperation between Vietnam and Russia.
With its functions and responsibilities, electronic newspapers have played their role in reflecting and guiding the economic cooperation activities between Vietnam and Russia. Articles, news, comments, and analysis on electronic newspapers serve as important tools in generating interaction and information exchange among high-level leaders, businesses, and investors of the two countries to make wise decisions in the process of economic cooperation. Additionally, electronic newspapers help the public gain a better understanding of issues related to the cooperation between Vietnam and Russia in the economic field, enhancing awareness and strengthening the friendly relations between the two countries.
