10. Summary of the thesis results:
To better understand the economic cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation during the period 2001-2021 in the online newspapers of both countries, the author presents theoretical and practical issues concerning this relationship, including concepts related to the thesis topic such as "online newspapers," "economic cooperation," and the role of the press in disseminating information about the economic cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
With its functions and responsibilities, online newspapers have played a crucial role in reflecting and guiding economic cooperation activities between Vietnam and Russia. Through articles, news, commentary, and analysis, online newspapers serve as an important tool for creating interaction and information exchange between high-level leaders, businesses, and investors of both countries, enabling them to make appropriate decisions in the process of economic cooperation. Furthermore, online newspapers help the public better understand issues related to cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation in the economic field, raising awareness and strengthening friendly relations between the two countries.
Based on theoretical foundations, this thesis analyzes the economic relationship between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, focusing on eight key issues that represent eight aspects of bilateral economic cooperation: trade promotion meetings; cooperation policies; import-export trade; energy cooperation; production cooperation; investment cooperation; finance and monetary relations; and tourism and services. The author delves into analyzing the current state of information dissemination methods across four newspapers, examining aspects such as layout, language, genre, and imagery. Overall, information regarding Vietnam-Russia economic cooperation is presented clearly and truthfully. However, some limitations need to be addressed and improved to better suit the public in the digital age.
Based on the research findings, this thesis proposes several solutions to improve the quality of information on Vietnam-Russia economic cooperation in online newspapers. These solutions are divided into main groups: Strengthening the Party's leadership and the State's management of international cooperation information; Developing a plan for international cooperation topics between Vietnam and Russia; Diversifying content and innovating methods of information dissemination; and Researching and expanding the audience for information reception and interaction.
The solutions proposed in this thesis have been researched by the author to align with global information trends as well as the development trends of Vietnamese journalism.
11. Practical applications:
The survey results obtained during the research for this thesis provide practical data that helps leaders and managers of media organizations and newsrooms better understand the context and information landscape of Vietnam-Russia economic cooperation. From this, appropriate adjustments and solutions can be made to leverage strengths and overcome existing limitations.
The research findings of this project serve as a useful reference for journalism training institutions, advising and guiding future journalists in reporting on Vietnam-Russia economic cooperation in particular and Vietnam-Russia strategic cooperation in general.

In order to demonstrate better understanding of the economic cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation from 2001 to 2021 through the electronic newspapers of both countries, the author has scrutinised theoretical and practical issues regarding the economic cooperation between Vietnam and Russia on electronic newspapers, with related concepts to the thesis topic such as “electronic newspapers”, “economic cooperation relationship”, and the role of the media in informing about the economic cooperation between Vietnam and Russia.
With its functions and responsibilities, electronic newspapers have played their role in reflecting and guiding the economic cooperation activities between Vietnam and Russia. Articles, news, comments, and analysis on electronic newspapers serve as important tools in generating interaction and information exchange among high-level leaders, businesses, and investors of the two countries to make wise decisions in the process of economic cooperation. Additionally, electronic newspapers help the public gain a better understanding of issues related to the cooperation between Vietnam and Russia in the economic field, enhancing awareness and strengthening the friendly relations between the two countries.

The research results of the topic are useful references in journalism training institutions, to advise and orient future journalists in information work on economic cooperation between Vietnam and Russia Russia in particular, and the strategic cooperation relationship between Vietnam – Russia in general.
