Secondly, the central content of the thesis focuses on reporting the assessment and intervention process for a case of anxiety stemming from school-related issues using cognitive behavioral therapy. The thesis uses therapeutic techniques to achieve the main goals in the intervention process: (1) Support, stabilize emotions and reduce anxiety symptoms; (2) Intervene in the client's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects; (3) Build strong relationships and establish a healthy daily routine; (4) Prevent the recurrence of anxiety symptoms.
