This study surveys the current situation and assesses the practical aspects of managing the production of print publications at Tuoi Tre Thu Do and Lao Dong Thu Do newspapers. The aim is to identify challenges, highlight successes and limitations, and, based on this analysis, propose solutions to improve and enhance the quality of management in the digital media environment, aligning with modern journalistic trends and meeting the requirements of the current period and the years to come.

This paper is conducted based on theoretical systematization in accordance with the topic, which creates the theoretical framework for managing the production organization of print publications.
Through the examination of the current situation and practical assessment, the research analyzes the management of the production organization of print publications at the Capital Youth Newspaper and the Capital Labor Newspaper. This reveals issues and emphasizes successes and limitations, based on which several solutions are proposed with a view to accomplish and enhance quality of managing the production organization of print publications at both publishers in the circumstances of digital media. In addition, the solutions are appropriate to modern journalism trends, able to meet the requirements of recent days and the following years.
