10. Summary of the results of the thesis: Self-harm in children has increased in recent years. In the study, the author gave an overview of self-harm behavior in children and used cognitive behavioral therapy intervention. It is one of the researched methods that achieved effectiveness in intervening self-harm behavior in children.
Research results show that: Clients have reduced self-harming behavior, which shows that cognitive behavioral therapy brings certain results: Clients restructure their perceptions, perceive their own values, and feel more comfortable emotionally. In addition, clients are enhanced with knowledge and skills in regulating emotions and solving similar difficulties.
11. Practical applicability: The results of theoretical and practical research in clinical cases have contributed to proving the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy in intervening in children with self-harming behavior.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis: The rate of self-harm in children has a downward trend in recent years. In these papers, the authors gave a general overview of self-harm behaviors in children and used cognitive behavioral therapy as their main intervention. CBT is one of the main effective interventions for reducing self-harm behaviors in children. Research results show: client has a reduction in their self-harm behaviors, indicating that CBT is effective in the following: cognitive restructuring, recognizing self-values, and improved emotional states. Additionally, clients also showed increase in awareness and emotion regulation skills, as well as problem solving.
