10. Summary of thesis results: Self-harm in children has increased in recent years. The study provides an overview of self-harm behavior in children and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy as an intervention. This is one of the methods studied that has shown effectiveness in intervening in self-harm behavior in children.
The research results showed that the clients reduced their self-harming behavior, indicating that cognitive behavioral therapy yielded certain results: clients restructured their perceptions, perceived their self-worth, and experienced greater emotional well-being. In addition, clients gained enhanced knowledge and skills in regulating emotions and coping with similar difficulties.
11. Practical applicability: The results of theoretical and practical research in clinical cases have contributed to demonstrating the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy in intervening with children who exhibit self-harming behavior.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis: The rate of self-harm in children has a downward trend in recent years. In these papers, the authors gave a general overview of self-harm behaviors in children and used cognitive behavioral therapy as their main intervention. CBT is one of the main effective interventions for reducing self-harm behaviors in children. Research results show: client has a reduction in their self-harm behaviors, indicating that CBT is effective in the following: cognitive restructuring, recognizing self-values, and improved emotional states. Additionally, clients also showed increase in awareness and emotion regulation skills, as well as problem solving.
