10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis clarifies the natural, socio-economic conditions and the current state of the agricultural economy of Bac Giang province before 1997; systematically presents the process by which the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee applied the Party's guidelines in leading and directing the implementation of agricultural economic restructuring in the province; and objectively assesses the achievements, limitations, and initially draws key lessons from the leadership of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee's agricultural economic restructuring from 1997 to 2010.
11. Practical applicability: The lessons learned from the implementation process contribute to improving the effectiveness of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee's leadership in implementing the transformation of the agricultural economic structure.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
This thesis clarifies the natural condition, economy - social conditions and economic situation of agriculture in Bac Giang province before 1997. It also presents systematically the process that Party of Bac Giang applies Vietnamese Party guidelines in leadership, directly implemented in economic restructuring in the province. Then, it evaluates objectively about the achievements and constraints of this application. Finally, the thesis initially shows several solutions and experiences in leading restructuring in agricultural economy of Bac Giang Party from 1997 to 2010.
11. Applicability in practice: From the experiences that the authorities learned in contributing to improving the efficiency of Bac Giang Party program for implementing the restructuring of the agricultural economy.
