The first, the study presents the current status of reproductive health care support for rural women, indicating that this activity has been implemented but has not fully met the reproductive health care needs of women in the study area.

Monday,Rural women have reproductive health care support needs such as: support with reproductive health care knowledge; support with access to reproductive health care services; communication about reproductive health care for women's family members.

Tuesday,Currently, social work activities have not been implemented in the field of reproductive health care in Tien Thinh commune. The study has applied group social work activities to address the need for reproductive health care support for rural women.

Wednesday:The study provides a number of recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of reproductive health care and quality of life for rural women.

11. Practical application:

Through assessing the current situation, the study has applied group social work to meet the needs of reproductive health care support for rural women. The application of group social work activities has brought positive effects, with the ability to maintain and replicate in the community.

12. Further research directions:

Conduct research on the reproductive health care support needs of rural women on a larger scale, in different locations for comparison. At the same time, apply social work activities in meeting the health care needs of women and people in the community.

First, the study presents the current situation supporting reproductive health care of rural women, pointing out this activity has been made but not yet fully meets the needs of women in the study area.

Secondly,Rural women have the support needs of reproductive health care: support knowledge of reproductive health care; facilitates access to services of reproductive health care; communication on reproductive health care for family members of women.

Third,currently, social work has not been done in the field of reproductive health care in Tien Thinh. Research has applied in social work team to address the need to support reproductive health for rural women.

Fourth,the study made several recommendations toward improving the efficiency of reproductive health care and quality of life for rural women.

Through assessing the situation, research has applications in social work group, needs support reproductive health care of rural women. The active use of social work group brings positive results and has the ability to maintain, replicate in the community.

Conduct research on the need to support the reproductive health care of rural women on a broader scope, in different geographical areas to have the control, compare. Simultaneously applying social work activities to meet the needs of health care for women and for people in the community.
