The thesis has contributed to systematizing theoretical issues on information resource development such as clarifying the concept of information resource, information resource development, criteria for evaluating information resource development; surveying, analyzing the current situation and drawing assessments and comments on information resource development at the Central University of Art Education Library. Based on theoretical research and practical survey, the thesis proposes a number of feasible solutions to develop information resources at the Central University of Art Education Library.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the thesis are reference documents for leaders and managers of the Central University of Art Education Library to apply in improving the effectiveness of information resource development, meeting the increasing information needs of users at the Library, contributing to improving the quality of training and scientific research of the Central University of Art Education.

The research results can be used as the reference for the leaders and administrative staff at the Library of National University of Art Education in order to enhance the information resources development, meet the greater information requirements of the users at the Library. The thesis is able to make contribution in improvement of quality of education and R&D activities of the National University of Art Education.
