This thesis contributes to systematizing theoretical issues regarding information resource development, such as clarifying the concept of information resources, information resource development, and criteria for evaluating information resource development; surveying and analyzing the current situation and drawing conclusions about information resource development at the Library of the Central University of Arts Education. Based on theoretical research and practical surveys, the thesis proposes several feasible solutions for developing information resources at the Library of the Central University of Arts Education.

The research findings of this thesis serve as a reference for leaders and managers of the Central University of Arts Education Library to apply in improving the effectiveness of information resource development, meeting the increasingly high information needs of library users, and contributing to improving the quality of training and scientific research at the Central University of Arts Education.

The research results can be used as the reference for the leaders and administrative staff at the Library of National University of Art Education in order to enhance the information resources development, meet the greater information requirements of the users at the Library.
