This thesis initially outlines the concept of developing theoretical thinking, the content of developing theoretical thinking among grassroots-level leaders; and points out the characteristics and role of developing theoretical thinking for grassroots-level leaders in Vietnam today.

This thesis assesses the current state and challenges facing the development of theoretical thinking among grassroots-level leaders in Vietnam. Based on these philosophical insights, the thesis proposes several solutions to enhance the theoretical thinking of grassroots-level leaders in Vietnam today.

This thesis can serve as a reference document for educational and promotional activities on developing theoretical thinking skills for grassroots-level leaders in Vietnam today.
