This thesis focuses on researching the theoretical and practical issues of information resource development in information and library centers, and assesses the current state of information resource development at the Information and Library Center of Hanoi Medical University. Based on this, it provides observations and evaluations of the strengths, weaknesses, and causes of these limitations in the information resource development work of the Information and Library Center of Hanoi Medical University. Furthermore, it proposes feasible solutions to enhance information resource development at the Information and Library Center of Hanoi Medical University.

The thesis focuses on theoretical and practical issues of information resource development of information centers and libraries, which supports the conditional assessment of the information resource development at the Information Center - Library of Hanoi Medical University. Subsequently, a proper analysis and an assessment in terms of advantages, disadvantages and causes of these limitations are proposed. As a result, feasible solutions to develop the information resources at Hanoi Medical University's Library and Information Center are suggested.
