10. Summary of the thesis results:

While researching the case management model at the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation, I found that the social workers there provided all the services to meet the individual needs of each child: education, nutrition, healthcare, counseling, physical and creative activities, legal awareness, and safe housing. All of this was done by a team of professional social workers, psychologists, teachers, and lawyers. Most clients had a long-term commitment to changing their lives. All of this support is part of the case management model at the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation. Clients receive equal respect when they come to the organization. Social workers work to help children develop their full range of skills by providing a range of experiences and opportunities for clients to change. Instead of simply handing out a handout, social workers provide skills and methods to help clients. The social workers at Blue Dragon Children's Foundation all believe that today's children can create a better world tomorrow. All children have fundamental rights: to be safe, to go to school, to play, to be treated with respect, to be heard, understood, and loved.

The role of social workers is clearly demonstrated in this model; social workers create opportunities for children to pursue their goals as independent, autonomous individuals, rather than imposing views or values on them. Social workers work alongside the children and their families, with clients involved in all stages of the case management process, not simply as recipients of charity funding. This is truly an excellent case management model.

11. Practical applicability: The case management intervention model has high practical applicability; it is a working model that can be applied to many vulnerable clients in social work.

12. Future research directions: Research to refine and improve the Case Management intervention process during its practical application.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

When we research case management at Blue Dragon, it is easy to see that they provide all of services and more, tailored to the individual needs of each child: education, nutrition, health care, counseling, physical and creative activities, legal advocacy and safe shelter led by their team of social workers, psychologists, teachers and lawyers. The children they work with have a deep commitment to improving their lives. All support that is case management. The children they work with are treated with at least the same respect. They work to help children develop fully as they grow, through providing a broad range of experiences and opportunities. Rather than simply provide a handout, they provide a hand-up for those who choose to better their circumstances and themselves. And they believe that: The children of today can create a better world tomorrow. All children have the right to be children: to be safe, to attend school, to play, to be treated with respect, to be heard, to be understood and to be loved

Social work role is to provide opportunities for children to pursue as individuals rather than to force their views or values on the children. Social worker work alongside the children and their families, so that the beneficiaries are involved in all stages of their work, rather than simply being recipients of charity. This is truly an excellent case management model.
