10. Summary of thesis results:

When I studied the case management model at Blue Dragon Children's Organization, I found that the social workers here provided all the services to meet the individual needs of each child: education, nutrition, health care, counseling, physical and creative activities, legal advocacy and a safe place for them. All of this is done by a team of professional social workers, psychologists, teachers and lawyers. Most of the clients have a long-term commitment to change their lives. All of the above supports are activities in the Case Management model at Blue Dragon Children's Organization. Clients who come to the organization all receive the same respect. Social workers work to help children develop their full range of skills, through providing a range of experiences and opportunities for clients to change. Instead of simply providing a handout, social workers provide skills and methods for their clients. The social workers at Blue Dragon Children's Foundation believe that: Today's children can create a better world tomorrow. All children have the basic rights of children: to be safe, to go to school, to play, to be treated with respect, to be listened to, understood and loved.

The role of the social worker is clearly demonstrated in this model, the social worker creates opportunities for children to pursue their own interests as independent, autonomous individuals rather than imposing their views or values on them. The social worker works alongside the children and their families, the clients are involved in all stages of the case management process, rather than simply being recipients of charity funding. This is truly an excellent case management model.

11. Practical applicability: The Case Management intervention model has high practical applicability. This is a working model that can be applied to many vulnerable clients in Social Work.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

When we research case management at Blue Dragon, it is easy to see that they provide all of services and more, tailored to the individual needs of each child: education, nutrition, health care, counseling, physical and creative activities, legal advocacy and safe shelter led by their team of social workers, psychologists, teachers and lawyers. The children they work with have a deep commitment to improving their lives. All support that is case management. The children they work with are treated with at least the same respect. They work to help children develop fully as they grow, through providing a broad range of experiences and opportunities. Rather than simply provide a handout, they provide a hand-up for those who choose to better their circumstances and themselves. And they believe that: The children of today can create a better world tomorrow. All children have the right to be children: to be safe, to attend school, to play, to be treated with respect, to be heard, to be understood and to be loved

Social work role is to provide opportunities for children to pursue as individuals rather than to force their views or values on the children. Social worker work alongside the children and their families, so that the beneficiaries are involved in all stages of their work, rather than simply being recipients of charity. This is truly an excellent case management model.
