Chapter 1: Theoretical and practical basis for establishing and organizing the activities of office departments in agencies and organizations

The content of Chapter 1 mainly deals with the theoretical basis of office, office administration and practical basis of establishing and organizing the activities of office departments in agencies and organizations, including some legal regulations on the functions and tasks of office departments, the necessity of establishing and organizing the activities of office departments in newly established small enterprises.

Chapter 2: Experience in establishing and organizing the activities of the Office Department at the Center for Administrative Science and Documents - Archives

This chapter introduces general information about the Center for Administrative Science and Documents - Archives such as name, headquarters, functions, tasks and organizational structure. It presents the process and method of establishing and organizing the activities of the office department of the Center for Administrative Science and Documents - Archives and some practical experiences in establishing the Center's office. From there, it highlights the important role of building the process and method of establishing and organizing the activities of the office department in the development process of the Center.

Chapter 3: Research on building processes and methods for establishing and organizing office operations in newly established small businesses

This chapter focuses on studying the process and methods of establishing and organizing the activities of the office department such as: determining the functions, tasks and roles of the office department; choosing the size of the office department; planning and recruiting personnel for the office department; determining the necessary procedures for establishing and issuing the decision to establish the office department.

The chapter aims to provide theoretical arguments on office, office management as well as practical basement on the establishment and activities organization of the office sector. Those include current regulations on the functions and missions of the office sector, the importance of the establishment and activities organization of the office sector in newly established small-sized enterprises.

Chapter 2: Experiences of establishmend and activities organization for office sector of the Scientific Center for Administration Scientific center of Administration Records Management and Archives.

This chapter gives an overview of SCARMA such as official name, address, functions, missions, etc. The author of the thesis shares the experiences of establishmend and organizational activities for office sector of the SCARMA. Then, the author emphasizes the importance and the need of constructing the process and methods for the establishmend and activities organization of the office sector during the development of SCARMA.
