Chapter 1. Office culture and Office culture standards of the Tax industry
The content of Chapter 1 mainly deals with basic theoretical issues about office culture including: Concept of office culture; Manifestations and roles of office culture.
At the same time, the author introduces an overview of the General Department of Taxation's Regulations on Taxation Office Culture Standards.
Chapter 2. Evaluation of the implementation of the Office Culture Standards of the Tax sector at the Thanh Xuan District Tax Department, Hanoi City
This chapter presents the results of the implementation of the Office Culture Standards of the Tax sector at the Thanh Xuan District Tax Department, Hanoi City.
Thereby, giving general assessments of office culture at the agency, pointing out the advantages and limitations in the implementation process; this is the basis for the author to present solutions for organizing the implementation of the Tax Office Culture Standards mentioned in Chapter 3.
