- The thesis analyzed different viewpoints on state power in general and local state power in particular. It examined the characteristics, structure, and functions of the state power system of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as well as the structure and operation of local state power organs. It delved into the analysis of the National Assembly delegation's oversight activities of local state power (including the content, form, and subjects of their oversight activities). Specifically, it conducted research, description, and evaluation of the oversight activities of the Tuyen Quang Provincial National Assembly delegation. From this, it analyzed and synthesized the current state of the National Assembly delegation's oversight activities, providing a basis for evaluating strengths, analyzing shortcomings and limitations, identifying the causes of limitations, and drawing lessons learned to enhance the role of local state power oversight in exercising the people's right to self-governance.

- Based on the advantages and limitations of the provincial National Assembly delegation's activities in monitoring state power at the local level, this thesis proposes innovative viewpoints based on promoting the people's right to self-governance. From there, it suggests solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Tuyen Quang provincial National Assembly delegation's activities in monitoring state power at the local level in the future.

11. Practical applications:

- Based on theoretical analyses and practical research in Tuyen Quang province, this thesis hopes to contribute recommendations to improve the quality of state management supervision at the local level by the National Assembly delegation.

- This document serves as a reference for research and teaching on supervisory activities in training institutions and training centers.

- The thesis analyzes different perspectives on state power in general and state power in the local in particular. It shows characteristics, structure and functions of the state power system of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. It shows the structure and operation of the local authority. It also shows an in-depth analysis of the monitoring of state power in the local of the Congressmen (including contents, forms and objects of state power monitoring activities in local of the Congressmen). In particular, the thesis describes and evaluates the monitoring of state power in the local of the Congressmen of Tuyen Quang province. On that basis, the thesis analyzes and sums up the state of monitoring state power of the Congressmen of Tuyen Quang as the basis for evaluating the advantages, analyzing limitations, reasons for limitations and drawing lessons for developing the role of the state power monitoring activities in the local the mastery of people.

- Based on the strengths and limitations of the state power monitoring activities in the local of Provincial Congressmen, the thesis sets out the views of renewal on the basis of developing mastery of people. The thesis shows measures to improve the quality and efficiency of state power monitoring activities in the local of the Congressmen of Tuyen Quang province in the coming time.
