11. Practical application
Based on a comprehensive survey and analysis of the organization and operation of the Archives and Library Center of the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting, the thesis has identified the main advantages and disadvantages of this work. From there, it proposes a number of scientific and feasible solutions that can be applied to the organization and operation of the Center to improve the quality of service for the Center's information users, towards building and perfecting a complete and quality information - library organization and operation system, contributing to the development of the school in the new context and situation.

Moreover, these suggestions will contribute to the development and improvement of the organization as well as the operation of the Library and Storage Center in particular and the school in general in the new context today.
