10. Summary of the thesis results:

The student collected information from documents, studies, reports, statistical data, and surveys to gather the necessary data for the thesis. Research was conducted, data was filtered from the general dataset of the project KX04.15/16-20, in-depth interviews were conducted, and qualitative data was obtained from the opinions of stakeholders regarding the research problem. From this, the student clarified and analyzed the reality of health insurance ownership and usage in Kim Giang ward, Thanh Xuan district, and Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district, thereby making assessments, comparisons, and conclusions about health insurance ownership and usage among Hanoi residents.

Based on the findings from the research, this thesis has initially proposed some basic recommendations and solutions to further enhance the effectiveness of people's ownership and use of health insurance:

Conclusion: The awareness of the people in the study area regarding the purpose and significance of health insurance is still limited; the biggest motivation for people to participate in health insurance is the ability to reduce the economic burden when suffering from serious illnesses; the quality of medical examination and treatment and the attitude of medical staff towards patients using health insurance cards have the greatest impact on people's participation in health insurance; the contribution of propaganda activities has not been truly effective.

Recommendations: Intensify propaganda activities on health insurance to raise public awareness and understanding of the benefits of health insurance; improve the quality of health insurance-covered medical examination and treatment services at all levels, as well as the service attitude of medical staff; develop and implement more types of health insurance based on different target groups; widely implement the policy of allowing medical examination and treatment using health insurance cards at private medical facilities;

The thesis fully reflects the content of the research outline, and the analysis and presentation of results are honest and highly commendable.
