The student has collected information, documents, studies, reports, statistical data, surveys, to collect necessary data for the thesis. Conduct research, filter data from the general data set of the topic KX04.15/16-20, conduct in-depth interviews and collect qualitative data from the opinions of stakeholders with the research problem. From there, clarify and analyze the reality of ownership and use of health insurance in Kim Giang ward, Thanh Xuan district and Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district, from which there are assessments, comparisons and comments on the ownership and use of health insurance of Hanoi people.

Based on the reality obtained from the research process, the thesis also initially proposed some basic recommendations and solutions to further promote the effectiveness of people's ownership and use of health insurance:

Conclusion: The awareness of people in the research area about the purpose and significance of health insurance is still limited; The biggest motivation for people to participate in health insurance is the ability to reduce the economic burden when suffering from serious illness; The quality of medical examination and treatment and the attitude of medical staff towards people using health insurance cards have the greatest impact on people's participation in health insurance; The contribution of propaganda activities has not really brought high efficiency.

Recommendations: Promote health insurance propaganda activities to raise people's awareness and understanding of the benefits of health insurance; improve the quality of health insurance services at all levels as well as the service attitude of medical staff; develop and implement more types of health insurance based on each type of subject; widely implement the policy of being able to receive health insurance services using health insurance cards at private medical facilities;

The thesis has fully presented the content according to the research outline, analyzed and presented the results honestly and very respectfully.
