The students have collected information, documents, studies, reports, statistical data, surveys, to collect necessary data for the thesis. Conduct research, filter data from the general data set of the topic KX04.15/16-20, conduct in-depth interviews and collect qualitative data from the opinions of stakeholders with the research problem. From there, clarify and analyze the implementation of vocational training support policies and job search for workers in Hanoi city in Kim Giang ward, Thanh Xuan district and Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district - Hanoi.
Based on the results obtained from the research process, the thesis also has some recommendations to further promote the effectiveness of implementing policies to support vocational training and job search for workers in Hanoi city.
Conclusion: In the research area of Kim Giang ward, Thanh Xuan district and Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district, the implementation of policies to support vocational training and job search for workers today. Although there are many ways to organize and implement support policies, the level of participation in receiving support from the policy is still low due to the low demand of people in the research area. In addition, people who need to receive support from the policy encounter some difficulties such as procedures and documents proving their eligibility for the policy. However, the policy to support vocational training and job search for workers is still considered one of the very good policies for workers who are having difficulty finding jobs and learning a trade today.
Recommendation: Promote propaganda activities on vocational training and job search support policies for workers to raise people's awareness and understanding of the benefits of the policy; improve the quality and service attitude of policy implementers; develop and deploy more ways to organize policy implementation based on each type of subject.
11. Practical application:
The study aims to understand the implementation of policies to support vocational training and job search for workers by people in 2 communes/wards in Hanoi. At the same time, it examines the level of participation, implementation methods and people's assessment of the implementation of policies to support vocational training and job search for workers.
From the perspective of sociological approach, the research topic is not only of purely scientific significance but also of practical significance. The research results will contribute to clarifying the implementation of the policy of supporting vocational training and job search for workers today. At the same time, clarifying the important role of this policy in the social security system. Through the topic, we hope to make some useful policy recommendations for managers, aiming to build more complete policies and meet the needs of workers better.
