10. Summary of the thesis results:
In recent years, cultural tourism has become a popular trend in many countries around the world and in the region, especially in developing countries where the infrastructure, scale, and resources are limited, and there is insufficient strength to build high-end tourist destinations, high-tech entertainment centers, and world-class facilities. Moc Chau is one of the destinations with great potential for developing various types of tourism in general and cultural tourism in particular. However, the reality shows that the tourism products here are still poor, monotonous, not commensurate with the potential, lacking local characteristics, and not creating competitiveness in the market, thus failing to satisfy the needs of tourists. Many issues remain unaddressed, not thoroughly researched, and not invested in, leading to wasted resources, wasted human resources, and reduced budget revenue for Moc Chau in particular and the tourism industry in general.
This research aims to contribute to the assessment of resources, markets, and target customers of cultural tourism in Moc Chau, thereby proposing the development of cultural products into tourism products, and organizing effective management to both develop tourism and preserve cultural heritage. The research also contributes to evaluating the current state of exploitation of cultural tourism products in Moc Chau, and offers suggestions for the development of this type of product.
11. Practical applications:
Based on an analysis of the current state of cultural tourism development in Moc Chau, this study outlines the theoretical framework of cultural tourism. It proposes several solutions to develop cultural tourism activities in Moc Chau, helping tourism companies and relevant authorities to supplement and improve their exploitation and preservation activities accordingly.

In recent years, cultural tourism has become a popular trend in many countries in the region and even in the world, especially in developing countries where the foundation, scale and resources are not big and they do not afford for the construction of expensive tourist attractions, high-tech entertainment centers and caliber. Moc Chau is one of the potential destinations for the development of tourism in general and the development of cultural tourism in particular. However, the actual development shows that the tourism products in Moc Chau are still poor, monotonous, disproportionate with the potential. Moreover the products do not characterize the local and have not created competitiveness in the market yet, so they have not satisfied the visitors' needs. Besides, many issues have not answered or thoroughly researched or even developed leading to waste the resources, human resources and reduce budget revenue of Moc Chau in particular and the tourism industry in general.
This project aims at contributing to the evaluation of resources, markets and customers of Moc Chau cultural tourism, thus the proposals offered for the development of cultural products into tourism products and the effective management on developing tourism and preserving culture are. The theme also contributes to the evaluation of the current status of the Moc Chau cultural tourism products, thus such kind of products are proposed to develop.
11. Practical applicability:
The system will give general theories of cultural tourism based on the analysis of the development status of cultural tourism in Moc Chau. That some solutions are brought out will develop cultural tourism activities in Moc Chau, help some tourism companies and functional agencies and improve the conservation and exploitation activities.
