10. Summary of thesis results:
The objective of the study is the satisfaction of employees with their jobs on a sample of 109 doctors, nurses and midwives at Krong Pac District Hospital and Dak Lak Provincial Hospital. The results of the study show that among 20 factors contributing to job satisfaction, working conditions have the greatest influence, followed by wages and colleagues. The study also investigates whether there are differences in job satisfaction between age groups, genders, hospital locations and proposes recommendations to improve employee job satisfaction.

The research results of the thesis are a useful reference document for researchers, human resource managers at hospitals in Dak Lak province in particular and for other localities in general to have support measures to improve and enhance the job satisfaction of employees at the hospital.

If we have the conditions and time, we will develop the topic of Employee satisfaction with work between public and private hospitals in Dak Lak province.

10. Summary of these results:
The research focuses on the employees' job satisfaction with a sample of 109 doctors, nurses and midwives in the Krong Pac District hospital and Dak Lak Province hospital. The study shows that among 20 aspects contributing to the staff's satisfaction Working condition has the biggest influence, followed by the Compensation and the Co-workers respectively. The study also examines differences in job satisfaction by age groups, genders, geographical physiology, and proposes recommendations to improve the staff satisfaction in the hospitals.

The results are useful references for researchers, human resource managers, not only at the hospital in Dak Lak province but also for other medical institutions/organizations. The final aim is to have supportive measures to improve and raise the level of employees' satisfaction in the hospitals.

Should we have the condition and time, we will conduct the further comparative study of job satisfaction of employees in public hospitals and private hospitals in Dak Lak Province.
