This research will help complete the theoretical issues of gray literature. A comprehensive survey and assessment of the gray literature in Military Library has been undertaken. A number of tangible solutions to further develop the gray literature and improve its management quality and effectively exploit have been proposed and recommended.

The research results can be used as the reference for the Military Library staffs and leaders to efficiently develop the gray literature as well as to meet the emerging information needs of end-users on these critically important information sources.
