- The level and manifestation of creativity of students at Vinh University of Technology and Education through K. Urban's TSD-Z test, through questionnaire surveys, and through solving experimental problems.
Regarding the level of creativity of students at Vinh University of Technology and Education.
- The level of creativity among students at Vinh University of Technology and Education is below average; there are no students with excellent or outstanding creativity levels, only those with good, above-average, and average levels. A large proportion of students have weak or below-average creativity.
+ Regarding the manifestations and characteristics of creativity among students at Vinh University of Technology and Education.
a) Strengths
- Students possess sensitivity and flexibility in the creative process.
- Students have the ability to break free from conventional and restrictive frameworks in the creative process.
- There are new, unusual, and unique ways of resolving situations.
- Always be willing to question and debate with others about issues they care about, from the perspective of students and faculty.
However, based on the results obtained, we can confirm:
- The number of students achieving high levels of creativity is very small compared to the total number of participants, and the level of achievement is not high; a few are rated fairly good in the TSD-Z test, and some are rated excellent in the experimental assessment.
- The prominent characteristics are mainly based on individual, asynchronous criteria and are only manifested at a rudimentary level, meaning they are in an early, unstable stage.
b) Limitations
- The level of creativity among students at Vinh University of Technology and Education is below average, as evidenced by their low test scores.
- The majority of students are weak or unable to demonstrate the ability to expand upon or introduce new issues in the creative process.
- Students lack or are very weak in their ability to make far-reaching associations and create something rare and unique in the creative process.

- Level of students' creativity of Vinh University of Technology Education is below average; excellent and very good levels of creativeness cannot be seen, and there are only good, average good and average levels of creativeness. The proportion of poor and below average levels of creativity is high.

a) Strengths:
- Students are emotional and flexible during the creative process.
- Students can escape from binding rules and old standards during the creative process.
- Students give new, unusual and unique solutions to problems.
- Students always raise questions and argue with everyone about problems they are interested in according to students' opinions and lecturers'.
However, based on gained results, we can affirm:
- The number of students with high creativity is very low in comparison with persons who answered survey questions, and the level of creativity is relatively low, only a small number of students obtain good level in Test TSD – Z and very good level in multiple choice exercises.
- The outstanding features can be mainly found in asynchronous and single criteria and they are only expressed in the beginning level – the unstable beginning period.
b) Weaknesses
- Level of students' creativity of Vinh University of Technology Education is below average. This is shown through low test scores.
- The majority of students do not have or are very poor of development of the new problem in creativity.
- The majority of students do not have flexibility, faculty for redefining problems, ability to develop problems and sensitivity during the creative process.
- Students have little-to-no extraordinary and unique expressions in creativeness.
- Students' imagination is poor and limited by imagines and symbols of old living environment.
- Many students dare not argue about their own ideals in learning process as well as life.
- Students' abstract capability is poor, frequent imitation and repeat can be seen during the creative process.
- Students have poor ability to generate ideals, lack patience in the creative process and low speed of performing ideals leading to low implementation efficiency.
