The thesis studies basically about rural areas, sustainable development, sustainable rural development. The thesis analyzes the current situation and difficulties in sustainable rural development in the Red River Delta in three aspects: economy; culture - society; environment. On that basis, proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of sustainable rural development in the Red River Delta today.
