It analyzes the current situation and challenges in sustainable rural development in the Red River Delta from three perspectives: economic; socio-cultural; and environmental. Based on this analysis, it proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of sustainable rural development in the Red River Delta today.

Then, the thesis proposed some measures to improve the effect of sustainable rural development in the Red River Delta today.
