The thesis focuses on studying theoretical and practical issues related to improving the quality of secondary school teachers in Phu Tho province. Based on the causes of limitations in the quality of secondary school teachers in Phu Tho province, the author proposes appropriate solutions to improve the quality of this team, contributing to meeting the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training today.
Education and training, including secondary education, have an extremely important position and role in social development. We cannot deny the position and role of the teaching staff in general, and the secondary school teachers in particular, in the cause of cultivating people, contributing to the development of society. Therefore, improving the quality of this team is to contribute to improving the quality of education and training, meeting social requirements and making society more and more developed.

On the basis of discovered reasons of limitations of the quality of secondary school teaching staff in Phu Tho province, the author proposes suitable measures for improvement of this issue and contribution to satisfaction of requirements on fundamental and thorough renovation of current education and training.
Education and training, including secondary education plays an important role to social development. We cannot refuse position as well as role of teaching staff in general and secondary school teaching staff in particular for education and society. Hence, improvement of quality of this staff means improvement of quality of education and training and contribution to social development.
