10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis focuses on researching theoretical and practical issues related to improving the quality of junior high school teachers in Phu Tho province. Based on identifying the causes of limitations in the quality of junior high school teachers in Phu Tho province, the author proposes appropriate solutions to improve the quality of this workforce, contributing to meeting the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive educational reform today.

Education and training, including lower secondary education, play an extremely important role in social development. We also cannot deny the importance and role of the teaching staff in general, and lower secondary school teachers in particular, in nurturing future generations and contributing to societal development. Therefore, improving the quality of this workforce is equivalent to improving the quality of education and training, meeting societal demands, and contributing to a more developed society.

The research findings of this thesis can serve as a reference document, a theoretical basis, and the proposed solutions can help advise leaders at all levels and leaders of the education and training sector to formulate appropriate policies for this sector, contributing to the development of the national education and training system.

The thesis consists of researches into theoretical and practical issues relating to improvement of secondary school teaching staff quality in Phu Tho province. On the basis of discovered reasons of limitations of the quality of secondary school teaching staff in Phu Tho province, the author proposes suitable measures for improvement of this issue and contribution to satisfaction of requirements on fundamental and thorough renovation of current education and training.

Education and training, including secondary education plays an important role to social development. We cannot refuse position as well as role of teaching staff in general and secondary school teaching staff in particular for education and society. Hence, improvement of quality of this staff means improvement of quality of education and training and contribution to social development.

Research achievements can be used as conferences, theoretical foundations and proposed measures of this thesis can help leaders at different levels including individuals who are devoting for education and training system issue suitable policies for this sector,, contributing to development of domestic education and training.
