10. Summary of the thesis results:
Han Fei was a renowned thinker in human history. The ideas he presented in his doctrines 2,300 years ago have proven to remain relevant. One of them is his thought on the relationship between the ruler and officials.
According to Han Fei, the relationship between the king and the officials is one dominated by self-interest. In this relationship, the king and officials are like two individuals on opposing sides, fighting for their own advantage. The king uses tools such as laws, power, and tactics to control the officials and protect his position and interests, while the officials also seek every means to gain advantage, even resorting to assassinating the king when the opportunity arises.
Regarding the relationship between the king and officials, Han Fei's ideas, while possessing valuable aspects, also have some limitations. However, if we set aside these limitations, we can absorb and inherit the values in Han Fei's thought on the relationship between the king and officials in the current process of national construction and development.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Han Fei is a famous philosophiser in the human history. It has been proven that ideas stated in his philosophy 2,300 years ago are still valuable. One of them is the thought of the relationship between the King and imperial officials.
According to Han Fei, the relationship between the king and imperial officials is governed by benefits; whereby the king and imperial officials are in two different fronts to fight each other for their own benefits. The King uses such tools as: laws, authorities and strategies to regulate imperial officials as well as protect his own interests while imperial officials attempt to obtain benefits and are ready to kill the king when the chances come.
Han Fei's thoughts on the relationship between the king and imperial officials, apart from its values, still remain some limitations. However, regardless of these limitations, lots of values in these thoughts on the relationship between the king and imperial officials can be grasped and inherited in the construction and development of the country nowadays.
